Monthly draw terms
The $200 draw runs once a month. These are the rules it runs by.

Entry
Entry is free. You are entered when you complete a paid signup at the normal retail price using a promoter code. There is no extra charge, no premium rate, and no increase to any price for entering. Nothing is sold to you for the purpose of entering the draw.
You do not have to buy anything to contact us about entry. If you have a question about the draw, or believe you should have been entered and were not, email support@winorapro.com and we will deal with it.
Who can enter
Open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory. Staff of Winora and their immediate families cannot enter.
The draw
One winner is drawn at random from all valid entries for that month. The draw is conducted once per calendar month. Chance alone determines the winner — no skill, judgement or betting result plays any part.
The prize
The prize is AUD $200, paid within 28 days of the draw. There is one prize per monthly draw. The prize is not transferable and is not exchangeable for anything else.
Notification
The winner is notified in writing, at the email address attached to their signup, within 7 days of the draw. If we cannot reach a winner or they do not respond within 28 days of that notice, we may draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.
Records
We keep records of entries, draws and prize payments for three years, and will produce them if a regulator asks.
Fairness
Entries linked to refunded, charged-back or cancelled purchases are not valid. We may exclude an entry we reasonably believe was obtained by fraud or by manipulating the signup process. Our decisions about the draw are final.
