Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Winora.

1. Who we are

Winora (the “Service”) is operated by Wake Up Media Pty Ltd (ABN 79 674 915 265; “Winora”, “we”, “us”), an Australian company. Winora is a product of Wake Up Media Pty Ltd. Contact: hello@winorapro.com.

2. What Winora is, and is not

Winora is an information service. We publish algorithmically-generated betting opportunities (Positive Expected Value bets and arbitrage spreads) to subscribers via a private Discord server. Winora does not:

All bets placed by members are placed directly with the member's chosen, licensed sportsbook. The member alone is responsible for the legality, suitability, and conduct of their betting activity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 where required by your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to engage in sports wagering in the jurisdiction where you reside. By creating an account or starting a free trial, you represent and warrant this is true.

4. Subscription, trial, billing, and renewal

Sports VIP and Horses VIP plans include a 7-day free trial. The first weekly charge is processed on day 8 unless you cancel through Whop (our billing partner) before that date. Subscriptions auto-renew weekly at the published price until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid week; no partial-week refunds are issued.

Prices are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change with at least 14 days' notice via email and on this site. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable outside of statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe a charge is in error, contact support@winorapro.com within 7 days.

7. No guarantees, no liability for losses

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Every bet carries the risk of total loss of stake. The Service provides probabilistic information, not certainty. By using Winora you accept full responsibility for your wagering decisions and any losses incurred.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winora's aggregate liability under or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, models, software, and outputs are the property of Winora. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Discord feed for the duration of your paid subscription. No other rights are granted.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address with at least 14 days' notice. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising from this Agreement, except where mandatory consumer-law jurisdiction applies.
