Terms of Service

1. About Winora

Winora (the “Service”) is an educational subscription service delivered through a private Discord community. It is operated by Wake Up Media Pty Ltd (ABN 79 674 915 265; “Winora”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company based in Victoria, Australia.

Winora is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or financial adviser. We do not accept bets, hold member funds, or operate a wagering platform. All content we publish is educational only and does not constitute financial, investment, or betting advice.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years of age in Australia) and a resident of Australia. By using the Service you represent and warrant that this is true.

4. Nature of the Service

Winora provides educational content covering expected value (EV) and arbitrage concepts, quantitative analysis, betting calculators, AI-assisted bet tracking, and access to a Discord community. Winora does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and does not provide personal financial advice.

Any alerts, signals, or content we share are not instructions to place bets. You are solely responsible for all of your betting decisions and their outcomes. Winora makes no representation that any strategy, content, or information will result in profit.

Winora is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bookmaker.

5. Subscriptions and billing

5.1 Subscription options

Winora offers the following subscription options: a weekly subscription, billed every 7 days, and a monthly subscription, billed every 30 days. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and is denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

5.2 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through Whop, our billing partner. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; no partial-period refunds are issued.

5.4 Payments

Payments are processed by Whop (via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Winora does not store your payment details.

5.5 Access issues

If you experience a problem accessing the Service, contact support@winorapro.com within 48 hours so we can help resolve it.

5.6 Past-due accounts

If a renewal payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

6. Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate digital access, subscription sales are generally final. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as set out below or as required by law.

At our discretion we may issue refunds for duplicate charges, a verified sustained technical failure that prevented access, or where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or syndicate the Service or any part of it.
• Copy the content for any commercial purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members or our staff.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls.
• Share your account; access is for individual use only.

We may terminate access without refund for breach of this section.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and outputs are owned by Wake Up Media Pty Ltd. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to access the Service for the duration of your active subscription. No other rights are granted.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winora's aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party platforms, including Whop (billing) and Discord (community access). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

13. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, except where mandatory consumer-law jurisdiction applies.
