Winora promoter terms

1. What this covers

These terms apply to the Winora promoter programme only. They are separate from the terms that apply to Winora membership.

2. Who can be a promoter

You must be 18 or over.

3. What you get paid

You are paid for members you bring who pay and stay. A member counts once they have been paying for 14 days and are still a member. The clock starts at their first full payment, when the $1 trial converts to a paid week or month. Rates are published on the promoter page and your rate is locked at the rate you joined on.

4. When you get paid

Payments are made weekly by PayID to the details you give us. You must give us a PayID before we can pay you. Nothing is deducted, there is no fee, and there is no minimum.

5. What we hold about you

We hold your name, email, Discord username and PayID, and we use them to run the programme and pay you. We do not use them for anything else.

6. What you must not say

You must not promise winnings, profit, guaranteed returns, or that anyone cannot lose. You must not quote strike rates, win rates, return figures or results, even real ones. Point people to the website instead. What you say is your responsibility.

7. Signups we will not pay on

We can withhold payment on signups that are fake, or brought in with misleading claims. If a member reverses their payment, they do not count, and that amount comes off your next payment.

8. You are independent

You are not an employee, contractor or agent of Winora or Wake Up Media Pty Ltd. Your tax is yours to sort out.

9. Ending it

We can change or end the programme with 14 days notice, and anything you have already earned is paid in full. We can end your participation immediately if you make misleading claims, submit fake signups, or otherwise breach these terms. You can stop at any time.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
